Chelsea Mendola, Class of 2012 - She is an Animal Science- Pre-Vet Major major.
She volunteers regularly at the local humane society and is actively
involved in the ACES council and Alpha Zeta fraternity. She loves
hanging out with her friends, riding horses, running, and pretty much
anything involving animals. She enjoys being a part of Delta Zeta and
being very involved in the sorority.
Sandra Davila, Class of 2012- She is a Global Studies major with a concentration in Governance, Conflict and Resolution. She is involved in FOCUS Greek (a Catholic organization within the Greek community) and International Justice Mission. She loves singing and spending time with her sisters.
Claire Branda, Class of 2012- She is a Community Health major with a focus in
Health Education and Promotion. She is involved in the non-profit
organization Smile Healthy in Champaign. She loves going to school at
University of Illinois and hanging out with her friends.
Heather Reid, Class of 2012- She is a Junior studying Political Science. She is a member of Political Science Club, Pre-Law Club, and is currently an intern for Rock the Vote in Washington, DC. She enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends, and watching the White Sox win in her spare time.
Cori Haack, Class of 2012. - She's a Psychology major-Animal Sciences minor, hopefully going to Law school within the next year. She is the assistant coach for Illinois' Equestrian Team and also competes on the equestrian college show circuit. In her spare time she enjoys messing around with friends and thinking up ways to make cooking meals for yourself easier.
Katherine Schranz, Class of 2012- She is a junior Communication Major with an interest in politics. She was a music major her first two years of school at Butler University and has been playing the viola for the last 12 years. Along with Delta Zeta she is also a member of the professional music fraternity, Sigma Alpha Iota. She works at Espresso Royale and loves it!
Kristina Ciaglia, Class of 2012- I am currently a junior studying molecular and cellular biology with a minor in spanish and chemistry. My goal is to go to medical school after graduation in 2012 and go into the orthopedic field.In my spare time I love to hangout with my friends and play volleyball. I look forward to graduation this upcoming year.
Robin Golembeski, Class of 2012- She is a psychology major and she plans on attending graduate school for School Psychology. She is Delta Zeta's current internal Philanthropy Chair. She also participates in volunteering every week for the Mental Health Center of Champaign/Urbana. Her senior year will be filled with spending time with friends and appreciating all of the time she has left on campus.
Lisa White, Class of 2012- She is majoring in ESE, focusing on alternative energy and sustainable design. She is also getting a minor in architecture. She is a big fan of: outdoor activities with friends, playing softball/catch, sleeping, and Delta Zeta! She is proud to live in the yellow house on campus and enjoys having company.
Angie Flanagan - Class of 2012. She is majoring in Psychology. She enjoys talking a lot and spending time with her friends. She works at Fire station and she is proud of the fact that she once rode a llama. Her motto is “You only live once” and she loves her pledge daughter!
Stephanie Horton- Class of 2012- She is a Junior majoring in Animal Science. She hopes to work in the Production Animal Agriculture Industry and is really involved with Agricultural Clubs here on campus. You could probably spot her at her home in the White House with 3 other lovely Delta Zetas or frequenting the aces quad! Her favorite colors or pink and green because she loves being a Delta Zeta!!!
Valerie Paulo, Class of 2012- Valerie is a Community Health major. She is on the College of AHS Student Council Executive Board and is also a member of International Impact. Valerie is looking forward to spending her summer abroad volunteering at a Kenyan orphanage and going on a safari! She enjoys volunteering at SmileHealthy and hopes to become an orthodontist one day. In her free time, Valerie loves spending time with her Delta Zeta sisters! :]
Lauren Meyers, Class of 2012- She is an Elementary Education major and plans on teaching 1st grade. She loves listening to music and her favorite artist is Taylor Swift. She is not very athletic but loves to be active and be outside. Her favorite thing to do in her free time is to relax with her friends and hang out. She could not imagine not being a Delta Zeta and she loves all of her sisters.
Heather Pink, Class of 2012- She is currently a play-by-play and color commentator for various Illinois sports on the Big Ten Network. Along with that, she is an NBA columnist for a sports website, www.chalkthemup.com. As she is headed towards a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, her focus is sports. Besides that, she enjoys boxing and going on adventures. And she has an unhealthy obsession with Nike shoes.
Rachel Jennings, Class of 2012- She is a Painting Major/Art History minor. She is involved in Irish Illini, Life Drawing Club, and is Creative Coordinator for Illini Art Therapy Association on campus. After college, she plans to attend graduate school in either Ireland or the Northwest United States. Her favorite thing about Delta Zeta was living in the house with all of her friends.
Catherine Anna Selby, Class of 2012- She is a junior at the University of Illinois studying Global Studies and Spanish. Her interests coincide with the various organizations she is a part of including Delta Zeta Sorority, Students for Environmental Concerns, TOMS Shoes Campus Club, and Illini Wakeboard Club. Some of her other passions are singing and dancing, and her favorite social activity is going to concerts and music festivals!
Rebecca Bane, Class of 2012-She is an Animal Sciences major. She works for the college of ACES doing microbiology research and will have studied abroad in both the Dominican Republic and Verona, Italy by her senior year. She loves going to concerts, watching movies, camping trips with friends, puppies, and making cupcakes. She loves being a Delta Zeta and all the activities that go along with being in her sorority.
Nikki Hendry, Class of 2012 - She is a Broadcast Journalism major. She is involved in the October Lovers Club on campus as well as T.E.A.M (Transfer Experience and Mediation) through the College of Media. She loves PerezHilton.com, dancing, and hanging out with friends.. She hopes to become a celebrity reporter and loves being able to say she's a part of Delta Zeta Sorority.
Saira Anwer- Class of 2012. She is a Broadcast Journalism major. She enjoys singing, dancing, reading and playing tennis. She hopes to be a TV News Anchor. She loves U of I and especially loves her Delta Zeta sisters!
Emily Moore, Class of 2012- She is a Agriculture Communication major with a minor in Animal Science. She loves showing cattle, photography, making jewelry, scrap booking, the livestock industry and cooking. She is involved with the Hoof and Horn Club as well as the Agriculture Communicators of Tomorrow club on campus. She is currently a member of the 2011 University of Illinois Livestock Judging Team! She loves the opportunities that Delta Zeta has offered her and spending time with her sisters!
Liz Arnold, Class of 2012- She is a Psychology major with an interest in Forensic Psychology. She loves shopping, working out, going out with friends, and traveling. She’s been to Brazil twice, Israel, Mexico, Jamaica, & the Cayman Islands. She volunteers for a program where she watches babies while their teen mothers get parenting information. She loves her sisters, long walks on the beach, & turtles <3
Steffanie Bezruki, Class 2012- She is a junior in the Community Health Department and loves being involved in Delta Zeta. She serves as a research assistant and tutor within the College of Applied Health Sciences, as well as writes a weekly column for the campus-wide Greek newspaper, The Odyssey. Steffanie's hobbies include writing and travel; she hopes of pursuing a degree in law after graduation.
